Payment of Fees

STAFF CONNECTED WITH PDA!!! 

  • In order for us at PDA to stay connected and keep all of our students and parents well informed, please ensure that we have your correct email address so that you receive all of our updates, general information, etc.

 FINANCIAL INFORMATION & TERMS 

Regular classes start in September 2018 and finish in June 2019.

Monthly Fees – Pre-Authorized Payment Plans

  • Monthly payments for the entire dance season must be submitted prior to the commencement of the first class in September. The September fee is to be made payable at time of registration and is non-refundable.
  • Fees will be processed every month on the following days:

September fee due on day of registration
October 8, 2018
November 5, 2018
December 3, 2018
Christmas Break – December 23rd – January 6th  
January 14, 2019
February 11, 2019
March 11, 2019
April 8, 2019
May 6, 2019
June 3, 2019

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

Please see the following payment options that are available: 

Option 1

You the Payor, authorize Performing Dance Arts ltd. to debit your Visa/Mastercard/Debit Card for:

  • The total monthly amount indicated and all bills related to your child/childrens account for the 2018/19 dance season. You, the Payor, may revoke your authorization at any time by advising us at least two weeks prior to the deposit of the next monthly payment via email to rdaychak@bellnet.ca.   If cancelling classes at anytime throughout the season a $50.00 cancellation fee must be paid. 

Option 2

You the Payor, provide and authorize Performing Dance Arts ltd. with a Void Cheque (Pre-Authorized Debit) to debit your bank account for:

  • The total monthly amount indicated and all bills related to your child/childrens account for the 2018/19 dance season. You may revoke your authorization at any time by advising us at least two weeks prior to the deposit of the next monthly payment via email to rdaychak@bellnet.ca.   If cancelling classes at anytime throughout the season a $50.00 cancellation fee must be paid. 

 Costume Deposits

Recreational Dacners: A costume deposit of $75.00 ise due on February 1st, 2019; and is 100% non-refundable.

Part Time Competitive and Micro Mini Dancers: The first deposit of $150.00 is due by October 1st; the second deposit of $150.00 is due by November 1st; and is 100% non-refundable.

Full Time Competitive – the first deposit of $500.00 is due by October 1st; the second deposit of $500.00 is due by November 1st; and is 100% non-refundable.

Refunds/Reimbursement

There will be NO reimbursement for classes not taken. There will be no refunds for missed classes and no make-up classes. There will be no refunds for cancelled classed due to severe weather conditions.  We advise you to call the studio when there are severe weather conditions to see if classes have been cancelled.

NSF Service Charge

 All N.S.F. and returned cheques, returned PAD or Credit Card will have a service charge of $25.00.

Outstanding Fees

There will be a 5% late charge per month for ALL outstanding fees.

Part-Time Competitive

As a part-time competitive student, there are other fees that will apply during the year.
