Allegra Schiafone is a passionate dancer and choreographer. She has been dancing since the age of three and competing since the age of seven. Allegra recently graduated from Performing Dance Arts, where she gained a diverse education in dance while training in various genres. Throughout her training, she has had the chance to travel and work with well known industry dancers and choreographers across Canada and the United States.
Allegra graduated secondary school with honours and is currently a dance major at York University, pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. As an undergraduate student, Allegra is also a member of York University’s competitive dance team, York Lions Dance Energy, as both a dancer and choreographer.
Allegra has experience working with children of all ages. As a teacher, her goal is to constantly mentor students on their dance journeys. Allegra is always excited to share her knowledge and love of dance with children and looks forward to each upcoming season.
