Show Day!!!

Show Day Instructions

Arrival & Check-In:

• Arrival Time: Please arrive at the theatre one hour before the show starts, dressed in costume with hair and makeup done.

• Check-In: Upon arrival, proceed to the rehearsal hall on the 2nd floor, where teachers will sign you in. Please arrive on time to avoid delays.

• Costume, Hair & Makeup: Please dress in costume and complete hair and makeup at home.
• Pick-up from Rehearsal Hall: Pick-up your child from the same place you dropped them off after the show.  (rehearsal hall on the 2nd floor) Please note that the signature used at sign-out must match the one used at sign-in when picking up your child

For One Class:

1. Take them to the rehearsal hall.

2.  Go enjoy the show! 🙂

For One Combo Class with a shoe change:

1. Take them to the rehearsal hall.

2. A volunteer will assist you downstairs to place their second pair of shoes under their name backstage.

3. Go enjoy the show! 🙂

For Two or More Classes:

1. Take them to the rehearsal hall dressed for their first routine.

2. A volunteer will assist you downstairs to place their second pair of shoes and second costume/shoes under their name backstage.

3. Ensure all parts of the second costume (including shoes, and headpieces) are provided without hangers.

4. Tights for your child’s second routine should be worn underneath the tights for their first routine.
   For example: If your child has a ballet routine first followed by a hip hop routine, they should wear their beige tights (for hip hop) underneath their pink ballet tights. This way, they can simply remove the pink tights after their ballet routine, and their beige tights will already be on and ready for hip hop.
