Sheri Godfrey

Sheri was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Her professional acting, dancing and modeling career led her to New York, Las Vegas and her current home of Los Angeles.

She was thrilled to work on Canada’s first and third season of “SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE” as an assistant choreographer to Gustavo Vargas.

In Las Vegas Sheri was the lead Dancer and the Dance Captain for the NEW Show in The Sky at The Rio Resort and Casino. She also played TINA in Tony ‘n Tina’s Wedding at Planet Hollywood. Dancing the Flamenco, Mambo and Salsa for international star CHARO is an ongoing touring show performed monthly.

Feature films include CHICAGO, HAIRSPRAY and her personal favorite with Matthew Broderick in THE MUSIC MAN. Some of her tv credits include Guiding Light, Law & Order, Disney, VH1 and MTV. She also has extensive credits in commercials, editorials and industrials.

Sheri is a master Teacher and judge on National Circuits. Dedicated to pushing her own boundaries in choreography, she workshops her unique style in training institutions, pageants and corporate events.

Currently Sheri is honored to be choreographing burlesque sweetheart TALI DE MAR’s new show at The Federal Bar, North Hollywood!!! She also continues to study the American International Ballroom Syllabus with champion Jonathon Doone.
